Dr. Manorama Bakshi
Founder & Director

Dr. Manorama Bakshi

A seasoned Public Health and Social Development professional with 24+ years offering strategic partnerships, advocacy, and policy support to government ministries (MoHFW, MoT, MoTW), multilateral organisations (UNDP, ILO, USAID, JSI), corporates and philanthropies like Tata Trusts. A long-standing advocate for human rights, public health, gender, SDGs and HIV/AIDS. She currently serves as Director and Head of Healthcare and Advocacy at Consocia Advisory.

Mr. Patanjali Dhar
Co-Founder & Director

Mr. Patanjali Dhar

A seasoned leader with over three decades of exemplary service across strategy development, execution excellence, operational management, HR, and marketing & underwriting — with significant contributions to organisations like LIC HFL. He holds an MBA from ICFAI University Dehradun, a B.E. in Civil Engineering from NIT Srinagar, and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
