About Triloki Raj Foundation

Welcome to the Triloki Raj Foundation (TRF) where we envision a society where individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds thrive together in harmony. Our mission is to foster intergenerational empowerment, promote holistic development, and advance gender equality through meaningful connections.

Founder/Director

Dr Manorama Bakshi , founder and Director of Triloki Raj foundation .She is a seasoned Public Health and a Social Development Professional with an illustrious 24+ years of career in offering Strategic Partnerships, Advocacy, Techno-managerial, and Policy support to Government Ministries like MoHFW, MoT, MoTW, Multilateral organizations like UNDP, ILO, USAID, JSI, Corporates, and Philanthropies likeTata Trusts. She has been an advocate for KP human rights/public health challenges/Gender/SDGs/ HIV and AIDS. Currently serves as the Director and Head of Healthcare and Advocacy at Consocia Advisory.

Mr. Patanjali Dhar, Co-Founder and Director of TRF, is a seasoned leader with over three decades of exemplary service, having held pivotal roles in Strategy Development, Execution Excellence, Operational Management, HR, and Marketing & Underwriting. With a robust track record of leadership, Patanjali has made significant contributions to esteemed organizations like LIC HFL. Armed with a diverse educational background, he holds an MBA from ICFAI University, Dehradun, a B.E in Civil Engineering from NIT Srinagar, and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. Mr. Patanjali Dhar brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to TRF, aligning seamlessly with the foundation’s vision and mission.
